Grocery day in the Keen On Keto household! We like to make meal lists and grocery shop once a week, partly because I hate grocery shopping and partly because it helps to keep us thinking keto.
Because we were out of town for 4 days grocery day got moved from its regular Sunday time slot to a “anytime I could get out and get stuff we’re running out of food” time slot. So this week grocery shopping was a bit different in that we didn’t meal plan and only really needed stuff for 2 meals and lunch to tide us over until this Sunday when we can get back on Keto meal track.
Here’s what I snagged today:
Veggies/fruit/nuts: broccoli, cauliflower, avocado, cucumber, strawberries, macadamia nuts, almonds.
Meat/cheese: Hungarian spicy salami, hot salami, McSweeney’s Pep and Ced, hot dogs, medium ground beef, prosciutto.
Misc: Diet Pepsi, pork rinds, eggs, spinach dip, black bean spaghetti, soybean spaghetti.
Cat came free!
